About Me
Hi, I'm Erika, your Triple Certified Spiritual Counselor, Transformation Coach, and Inner Child Healing Practitioner here to help you heal your past, reclaim your power, and transform your life forever.
I believe you have been led here, now, by divine appointment, so that we may begin your healing journey together.
I am not a guru, I am simply someone that has struggled with severe bullying, low self esteem and low self worth, self hatred, extreme dieting, food addictions, body image dysmorphic disorder, shame, fear of rejection, a need for validation and approval, drug addiction, alcoholism, insecure attachment, codependency, relationship addiction, childhood trauma, sexual trauma, rape, abusive relationships, feeling abandoned, angry and forsaken by God, being raised in a dysfunctional home, family enmeshment, domestic abuse, being abandoned by my father, disowned by my mother, clinical depression, social anxiety, and suicide all while on the constant, never ending search for love and happiness outside of myself.
Just because you're struggling doesn't mean you're failing or that there's anything wrong with you. One day you will look back at the challenge you are now facing and see it as the greatest gift of your life. The important thing is to trust the journey, relax into the unknown, and know that all things are working together for good, no matter how they may seem right now.
